San Sebastián Tlacotepec

Este municipio, ubicado a 200 msnm, alberga diversos ecosistemas: al norte se encuentra un bosque de pinos mesófilo de montaña, y al sur, una selva alta perennifolia. Cuenta con aguas cristalinas como el río Tonto, cascadas y pequeños manantiales. Con paisajes naturales impresionantes, es ideal para la producción de caña de azúcar y café. Los habitantes, que aún hablan náhuatl, preservan sus prácticas culturales. Durante Todos Santos, fabrican globos de Cantoya monumentales que elevan al viento en honor a los fieles difuntos.

Desde CDMX Autopista México-Córdoba Orizaba 150D. Desviación La Tinaja libre. Seguir por carretera 150. Girar a la izquierda hacia Tezonapa. En Almiliga, tomar el camino hacia La Victoria. Seguir por camino 866 hasta San Sebastián Tlacotepec. Tiempo estimado: 6h 54min (378 km). Peaje: $560 MXN.
