  • Parroquia de San Juan Bautista

    Su construcción comenzó en 1783, se reanudó en 1785 y finalmente en 1787. Se celebra a San Juan Bautista el 24 de junio.

  • Capilla de Nuestro Señor de Coculco

    Según la tradición, en 1600, en el Barrio de Xochilco, se escucharon cantos de pajaritos anunciando la llegada del Señor de Coculco, quien se quedó en el barrio para consolar y renovar la fe. Se celebra el 3 de mayo.

    Construido durante la administración de Agustín Gil Toribio (2000-2003), alberga un mural del artista Rafael Mauro Reyes titulado "Axalpan en su origen, pasado y futuro".

    Fundada en 1989 por Lope García Becerra, quien despojó a los habitantes locales de sus aguas. Tenía un trapiche donde trabajaban esclavos y habitantes de Ajalpan.

    Cascadas Aconco

    Admire the waterfalls after a walk, one is 45 meters (147 feet) high and the other one is 95 meters (311 feet) high. The fall of both forms two pools of up to a meter and a half deep where you can swim. On the banks, the water reaches 60 centimeters deep, so children can enjoy this area under the supervision of an adult.
